Another busy lobster season is just around the corner! The physical demands on the body will soon ramp up drastically for many of those working in the lobster industry. Here are FOUR exercises that can help improve mobility leading into and during the season.

Supine Lumbar Twist
Aim to hold for 10-20 seconds, complete 5-10 repetitions per side.
Childs Pose
Aim for a 30-60 second hold, complete 3-5 repetitions.
Dynamic Hamstring Stretch
Aim for a 15-30 second hold, complete 3-5 repetitions per side.
Seated Figure 4
Aim to hold 30-45 seconds, complete 3-5 repetitions per side.
A shallow chair makes this stretch more difficult, and a high chair makes it easier.
